Our Leadership Team

I began my nursing career in 2012 and my first nursing job was here at Rosewood Village. In 2014, I was fortunate enough to take on the role of Director of Wellness, and then the role of Executive Director in 2017. Through my career here, I have been able to create excellent relationships with our residents and their families, which has become one of my favourite aspects of my job. I strive to ensure our residents receive the best care possible while feeling comfortable in their home here at Rosewood.

I graduated from the nursing Program at Lambton College in 2013 and Rosewood was my first nursing job. I have been here ever since and loving every minute of it. I enjoy taking care of residents in their home setting while listening to their life stories and providing quality resident-centered care and health teaching. Throughout the years, I have developed excellent nurse-resident relationships and have met amazing families. I am truly honoured to be part of the Rosewood team!

I joined the S&R family in 2014 as a PSW. I have had the great opportunity to work in different departments where needed. My newest opportunity that I jumped on board to help with is the Resident Services Manager position. Taking on this new position in looking after our residents and assuring their families is what I do best. Family is where love begins and love never ends. 

I joined Steeves and Rozema in 1987 and joined the team at Rosewood in 2009. It has always been my number one goal to enrich the lives of every resident I have met. Whether it is through chatting over coffee or tea, planning activities or the outings we all truly enjoy, I accomplishing this goal. I take pride in my work and I love interacting with each and every unique resident.
