Our Leadership Team

Susan Maw
Executive Director

I started my career in 1997 working with seniors in the healthcare field. I worked as community homecare support for 14 years.  In 2014 I was welcomed into Rosewood as a community PSW.  From there I came on board as a PSW for Rosewood Village.  It has been a great journey. Caring for our seniors, building great relationships with families and being a team player is my passion. This journey has led me to a wonderful opportunity for representing Rosewood Village as the Executive Director.  I will continue to strive this passion in my career here at Rosewood Village.

Karyne Legault
Director of Wellness

I graduated from the nursing Program at Lambton College in 2013 and Rosewood was my first nursing job. I have been here ever since and loving every minute of it. I enjoy taking care of residents in their home setting while listening to their life stories and providing quality resident-centered care and health teaching. Throughout the years, I have developed excellent nurse-resident relationships and have met amazing families. I am truly honoured to be part of the Rosewood team!

Olivia Lagasca

In a previous role, I discovered a deep passion for supporting seniors and their families, and an appreciation for the warmth and purpose of the retirement home environment. I am grateful to serve as the Resident Services Manager at Rosewood Village. In this role, I continue to learn and grow while helping to create a warm and compassionate community that residents are proud to call home. I am thankful to be part of a work environment where residents are truly cared for and staff feel supported and encouraged.

I feel blessed to live a life filled with purpose: supporting seniors, serving the community, and most of all nurturing my family with love and care.

I joined Rosewood Village in August 2023 as the Food Service Manager. Prior to joining Rosewood, I held culinary leadership positions with Landmark Village, Compass Group, and long-term care homes in Goderich and Strathroy.

Professionally, I am both an engineer and a Red Seal Chef, bringing a unique blend of technical knowledge and culinary expertise to my role. I am passionate about creating meals that provide comfort, enjoyment, and a positive dining experience for residents.

Working with seniors has always felt like home to me, and I am grateful to be part of the Rosewood Village community. I look forward to continuing to serve our residents and contributing to their quality of life through nutritious and enjoyable dining experiences.
