Our Leadership Team

For the past 15 years I have been providing customer service within the hospitality sector. Most recently providing care service to the seniors in our community. I live by the principle that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. I am committed to providing care to our seniors that exceed their expectations. 

I have been with S&R Group in the recreation departments since 2019; starting in LTC, and then moving to Lanark Village. I love being able to interact with our residents on a personal level, being able to help and bring reassurance. I am happy to be a part of the Waterloo Heights family and to be a familiar face to those who live here for years to come. 

I began my career in health care in 2009 as a Personal Support Worker, where I discovered my passion for supporting others and making a difference in their daily lives. Over time, my interest in enhancing quality of life through meaningful engagement led me to continue my education and transition into the Recreation field. In 2013, I officially began working in recreation and have never looked back.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of creating and leading programs that bring joy, connection, and purpose to the individuals I serve. I take pride in developing programs/events that promote emotional, physical, and social well-being, while ensuring that each person’s individuality and interests are celebrated.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family often watching sports, concerts, or DJs and I find peace in nature, whether walking through trails or relaxing near the water.

As an Activity Director, I’m excited to bring my passion, creativity, and years of experience to the team, and I look forward to contributing to a warm, engaging, and supportive environment for everyone I serve.
