It is so rewarding to be part of such an incredible place! At Waterloo Heights, residents and team members are family. There are plenty of things to do here to keep everyone socially and physically active, including a variety of outings, games, arts and crafts, musical entertainment, fitness classes and so much more. Every day is a new adventure! My goal as FUN Coordinator is to enrich the lives of the wonderful residents here, and teach them as much as they have taught me. 

Waterloo Heights is a very special place. I have worked since 2005 in different capacities while I attended university. It has been my home away from home. Waterloo Heights has a wonderful group of active residents. It is easy to make new connections and friends and a pleasure to come to work every day!

For the past 15 years I have been providing customer service within the hospitality sector. Most recently providing care service to the seniors in our community. I live by the principle that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. I am committed to providing care to our seniors that exceed their expectations.
