I began my career at Lanark Village as the Food Service Manager in November 2012, and subsequently moved into the Executive Director role. Since that time, I have been driven to improve quality while enhancing the customer service experience. With well over 15 years of experience in Hospitality, from cooking in fine dining restaurants to working in resort management, I look forward to sharing my skills to support our team in delivering excellent care and services to those that call Lanark Village their home.
Lanark is truly a warm, inviting and comfortable place to be, one that we are proud to call home for our residents. Alongside the leadership team I look forward to continuing to build relationships with you and our community for years to come.
The process of finding the right Seniors Living home can be challenging for many seniors and their families. In my role as Marketing Director, I am committed to taking the stress out of this process and making the transition as seamless as possible. Knowing that I can make a difference in a senior's life, by providing them with a safe and loving community to call home, is why I enjoy coming to work every day.
The Team Members at Lanark Village are dedicated to providing a warm "home like" environment that brings joy and laughter to our residents.
I started working at Lanark Village in 2007 as a receptionist, and moved to the Resident Services Coordinator shortly after. I truly enjoy the position; it is such a continuous learning experience, not only with the job itself but with the residents.
Because Lanark Village is home for the residents it just doesn't seem like coming to work but coming to their home, and appreciating their company and doing everything we possibly can for them. All Team Members here work together and can be counted on to pitch in anytime for our residents.
I came to Lanark Village with over 30 years of experience in Maintenance and Facility Management fields. I have College diplomas in Engineering and Robotics.
Upon coming to Lanark Village, I found the Team Members to be very welcoming, caring and compassionate with the residents and each other. Lanark Village has helped me to become a better person and have a better understanding of my inner self.
My goal at Lanark Village is to provide the highest quality of service to the residents. I have found the residents at Lanark Village to be wonderful people each with such great life experiences to share.
I feel at home working at Lanark Village and hope to provide my service for many years to come.
Since Joining the Lanark Village team in 2014 I have had the pleasure of working alongside a team of dedicated, skilled, and caring individuals. From the very first time I stepped through the doors at Lanark, I felt that it was a very unique environment. On that day I watched the team members and residents interact in such a warm loving manner. It was then that I realized that Lanark was where I was meant to work. I'm most passionate about advocating for our residents and ensuring the best possible experience every day. I consider working with our residents and families to be a privilege, and I look forward to continuing to support our residents, families and staff for years to come.
As a dedicated team member of Lanark Village since 1992, I have had the chance to spread happiness and cheer daily while working in the Culinary Department. During my career at Lanark I have proudly shared my passion for preparing good food, by simply cooking from my heart. Leading the Culinary Team at Lanark I work hard to ensure that the residents are happy with the quality of our service and food. My door is always open to hear more about your stories, recipes, or to simply chat about food.
